How do I redeem instant prizes?

If you have received an Instant Win prize, it will be available in your Game Account page.

To redeem your prize:

1. Visit any participating Needs location.
2. Select the eligible product associated with your prize and bring it to the checkout.
3. When you are ready to pay, open your Game Account and select the redemption link.
4. Choose the prize you wish to redeem and click “Redeem", then select “Redeem Now” to begin the process.
5. Present the coupon to the cashier before the timer expires to receive your prize at no cost.

Please note: Instant Win prizes do not cover applicable taxes, environmental fees, or bottle deposits, and have no cash value or cash-back option. Redemptions are time-limited, so please ensure you have the correct product ready before starting the redemption process.
