How do I redeem instant prizes?

If you have won an instant win prize, your prize will be saved on your Game Account page. You may also follow the instructions after revealing the instant winner to send your prize to your mobile device by entering your SMS number.

To redeem:

1) Visit any participating Needs location.

2) Pick up your instant win prize and bring with you to the checkout.

3) When you’re ready to checkout, either click on the redemption link in your SMS message, or go to your Game Account.

4) Click Redeem on the prize you wish to redeem, then hit "Redeem Now" when prompted to start the redemption process.

5) Show your winning coupon to the cashier before the timer runs out, which will award the prize for free!
